Hi Hiroko San. I thought this was a great idea because I love Yakitori. I felt it was dryer than I expected eating with just rice. Maybe because Kenyan rice is very dry

I recommend to use Japanese short grain rice for all Donburi (Rice Bowl) dishes. The dish looks good!
