Thank you for this easy recipe!! I love the butterflied chicken idea, the skin was seared well even in our non-stick pan. I added lots of Enoki mushrooms and swapped cilantro for basil, since that’s what I had. Will definitely try this again! The Enoki was so flavourful ❤️❤️
