this is the best flan!! I added a dash of lemon extract to the sugar, to prevent burning. and I used evaporated milk instead of regular milk and I omitted the salt!! So very easy! I baked for 1 hr in a 8x8 pan, I'll make two 8"cake pans next time, so that my presentation comes out better :)
