
So, I am new to fish. I never have cared much for it. Salmon is one that my husband and I like and we like trying new ways to season it for grilling. We liked this, however found it a bit salty. I even halved the amount of salt. We will definitely try this again but next time I will leave out salt altogether and add a little brown sugar to enhance the brown sugar bourbon spice used.
