First of all, after making ghee, take the mawa as soon as it is made and add milk to it and then mix milkmaid in it and keep stirring. After burning the milk water, add milk powder to it and then add rose petals and gulkand. Then add rose water and rose essence to it. stirring constantly.

Cook till the mixture leaves the pan and then turn off the gas and let it cool down. Also add some cashew pieces to the mixture and then after the mixture cools down, make modaks out of it. Make the modak of a small size, now we will do one more layer on it.

Now prepare the outer layer, take a vessel for the outer layer and heat ghee in it and then when the ghee is hot, add milk to it. Then when the milk becomes hot, add milk powder,milkmaid and makhana powder to it. Mix in such a way that no lumps form in it. Then keep stirring it continuously. Keep stirring continuously until the mixture reduces completely

After a while add cardamom powder and mix. When the mixture comes out of the pot, switch off the gas and allow the mixture to settle. After the mixture cools down, mash it and pour a little mixture into a big modak mould. came. Similarly, after all the modaks are ready, garnish the modak with golden dust and serve it garnished with rose petals. So our panetar modak is ready.
