Finally I cooked Lebkuchen!! My in-laws kindly bought and sent me oblatens and lebkuchen spice mix when they traveled to Germany. My oven seems to be too strong, so I have to be careful of the temperature/duration next time. They aren't chocolate-covered because my son doesn't like chocolate. But still YUMMY! Thanks again!

Thank you very much for the great recipe! My family loved it a lot. I used almond milk since my family is not a big fan of cow milk, but it turned out OK (I think).

Well, I think I added too much liquid (without knowing it) so there's no beautiful cracks like yours, but I love the taste! We often bake buckwheat crepes (galettes) but didn't know we can make cookies!

I also baked waffles with this preparation. Yummy!!

My very first Lebkuchen wasn't a success, not only because I couldn't find oblaten but the dough was too liquid (I should have measured the eggs). But, I love this recipe and will try again! Thanks!

Not as beautiful as yours but I tried it! I love the smell of baked bananas!!! My child loved it, too. The bananas were not brown and some ingredients were missing, but still it was delicious.

This is the proof that the ratio of water to baking soda is very important…I added only 2 tsp by mistake:-( I'll try it again!
