Sorry was so eager to eat my new meal that I commented to early after tasting the meatloaf I was pleased with the results next time I will add some fresh garlic, I'm garlic lover, and the bottom was slightly burnt so the hour and a half might be to long for some ovens. Over all for being a new meal my kids loved it and my wife actually liked it. Next time I will own this recipe. Thank you very much for the idea Edwardcooknstuff
