I like the recipe, but it seems like is a little bit too dry, needs to add a little bit more water in it

Sorry they came out dry, they shouldn't have. Typically when they are too dry they are hard to roll. Try a little more lard and make sure your skillet is Hot, so they don't over- cook and get hard. Let me know if you continue to have problems.
