was a really nice dish but i do wish i had not put the re-fried beans in as it made it mushy and soggy!! would make again with out the beans and will mix salsa with the chopped tomatoes for more spice!! and sprinkle on cheese for the last 5mins of cooking so it remains gooey!! xxx
