في البخاري لابد ان يكون نوع الرز مزه سيلا، وهذا شرط اساسي ولا ستكون كالكبسة العادية

ايه واضح من الصورة انه رز بسمتي عادي، مره اخرى جربيها ع مزة الوليمة او مزة الشعلان وشوفي الفرق في الشكل والطعم
