Cut the sponge in three layers.then put sugar syrup on sponge and add cream.

Put fresh chopped fruits over it and crush also,do that same process again with second layer.

Then give finishing to cake and put that cake in refrigerator.

Now take foundation roller it and make it soft and make a sheet then put the sheet over the cake cut the round shape fondant as like on cake and put over it.

Now put baby toys over it.
