Cooking Instructions

Take one cup and add yogurt,salt,sugar,cumin powder.mix well everything..make a smooth mixture.

Take one plate add boiled potato and mashed them.than add coriander leaves, chana, peanut, green chilli, onion.mix everything very well

Now make small holes in the middle of Puris using your finger and place them on the plate.put the potato filling into each Puris and fill them with yogurt mixture.

Than add tamarind pulp and sprinkle some chat masala over them. Garnish with some sev... mouth watering dish is ready to taste.
