Ingredients

  1. 3 quartswater
  2. 3 Cupssugar
  3. 4 bundlesbananas
  4. 2 tablespoonsyeast

Cooking Instructions

    Peel bananas and smash with potato smasher

    Add water, and sugar to smashed bananas

  3. 3

    Heat mixture in pot for one hour stirring occasionally at temperature no lower than 131 degrees Fahrenheit nor higher then 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Let cool to 90 degrees Fahrenheit

  5. 5

    Add yeast and stir

  6. 6

    Let fament until there is no more gas coming out the gage for 16 days

  7. 7

    Strain and still
