Combine butter, milk, and sugar into a Dutch oven. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cook till boil, cover. Boil 5 mins then remove from heat.

Add marshmallows, stir until melted

Add 3 kinds of chocolate one at a time, stirring until melted
- 4
Add vanilla and nuts, blend.

Pour into buttered jelly roll pan. Let stand until firm.
