Spinach peanut cheese tikkis

Mash all the ingredients except oil and cheese. Mix well.

Take a portion of the dough. Make a circular disc. Fill in the cheese. Close it from all sides. Repeat for all dough.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry the tikkis on both sides till crisp.

Repeat for all dough.
- 5
Serve tikkis with tomato sauce.
