Firstly take tava. Add oil. Heat oil then add capsicum, Carrot. Cook it on low flame. Now add cabbage. Stir it. Now add tomatoes. Add salt and cook it until all veggies become soft. Now add 2 tsp pav bhaji masala. Mix it.now take bhaji masher. Mash all things.

Now add boiled potatoes. Mix it well. Then switch off flame. Keep aside.

After that take another tava. Heat tava.add butter. Then add onion.saute it. Cook it for 2 minutes. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala. Mix it well. Now add prepared bhaji. Mix all ingredients well. Cook it for 5 minutes.then add 1/2 cup water. Cook again for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander. Ready to serve.😋😊
