Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAp flour
  2. 1/4 cupSour curd
  3. 1/2 tspFood colour
  4. 1 pinchBaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  6. 1/2 cupWater around
  7. As neededOil for deep frying
  8. 1 cupSugar
  9. 1 cupWater
  10. 4-5Cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take flour, dahi, food colour a pinch, baking soda, baking powder

  2. 2

    Add water and make a batter of flowing consistency

  3. 3

    In a pan boil sugar and water together and add cardamom and food colour a pinch and make sugar syrup of 1 string consistency

  4. 4

    Deep fry jalebis in hot oil

  5. 5

    Dip jalebi in sugar syrup for two mins only and serve hot.
