Ingredients

  1. 3corns grated
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 2 tablespoonoil
  4. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  5. 1/4 teaspoonasafoetide (Hing)
  6. 2 tablespoongrated ginger
  7. 1 table spoongreen chilli
  8. 1/2 teaspooncummin seeds
  9. To tasteSalt accroding
  10. 1 tablespoonsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil in a pan.add asafoetida and mustard seeds till it crackle.then add cumin seeds in it.add ginger and green chilli

    Add corn paste,turmeric powder and stir it occasionally to make sure that no lumps are formed.

    Cook it approx 10_ 15 min until the liquid in the corn paste gets dried off and the colour of the mixture changes to golden yellow.

    Add milk and continue stirring till it's consistency becomes like halwa or upma.then add sugar in it. in the end add salt.

    Bhutte ka khees is ready to serve.serve with grated coconut.
