Steps

In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste, & fry it.

Now add onion & fry for a while, after that add tomato & cook it again.

Now add cumin, turmeric, mango powder, red chilli, water, & cook for a while.

Now add potatoes,water & simmer for 8 - 10 min.
- 5
Now add egg and cook for a while & then add garam masala, green chilli, green coriander.
- 6
Serve with chapati & enjoy.
