Ingredients

4bombay duck fish washed and cleaned
1 tspgarlic paste
1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
1/2 cupRice flour
1 tablespoonsemolina
to taste Salt
as neededmustard oil

Steps

1

Marinate the fish with garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.Keep for about 15 minutes so that the excess water is drained.
Mix rice flour and rawa on a plate. Coat the fish with the mix and shallow fry for 5 minutes.
