In pan add ghee and ginger saute till it golden brown,add jaggery,add black pepper powder,mix it well,stir it well continuously, once it become thick,turn off the ��gass

Grease the plate,spread this mixture and cool completely,cut the pieces,adrak (ginger)pak ready to served
