Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for chicken:
  2. 6-8chicken drumsticks
  3. 2-3 Tablespoonminced garlic
  4. 3 Tablespoonfish sauce
  5. 2 Tablespoonrice wine
  6. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  7. 1 teaspoonblack pepper or to taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoonSriracha hot sauce (optional)
  9. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  10. Juice of one lime
  11. Other ingredients:
  12. 2 Tablespooncilantro, chopped
  13. Extra Thai sweet chili sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the chicken drumsticks with all the chicken ingredients in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.

    Remove the chicken from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to air frying.

  3. 3

    Line the fryer basket with grill mat or a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.

  4. 4

    Air fry at 360F (180C) for about 18-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through when the internal temperature exceeds 170F (77C).

    Drizzle some Thai sweet chili sauce over drumsticks and sprinkle some chopped cilantro to serve.
