Onion Dosa
Cooking Instructions

Soaked rice and daal for 5 hours. After that grind both till fine dosa batter is ready. Keep in a warm place overnight.

After that, cut onion and coriander leaves keep aside. Add salt in dosa batter mix well add water as required quantity mix well. Heat dosa tawa, spread batter on it.

Sprinkle coriander and onion on top cook the dosa till ready. Spread butter before removing.

Serve delicious onion Dosa with Coconut Chutney and potato Bhaji.
