  1. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupghee
  4. 1 tspCardamom powder
  5. 2 tbspChopped dry fruits
  6. 1/2 tsporange food colour
  7. 5 cupswater

    Heat tawa add ghee in it when ghee becomes hot add atta in it. Roast it till golden brown in colour and a nice aroma is coming on medium heat.

    After that add sugar, dry fruits, colour and Cardamom powder mix well cook till sugar melt.

    After that add little by little water stir continuously till no lumps remain in it. after that cook for 10 mins on medium flame then switch off the flame. Halwa is ready to eat.
