Wash and dab your chicken lap with kitchen napkin for excess water, blend or pound the peppers, spring onions,some of the bell peppers, onions.

In a bowl or ziploc bag put in the chicken and add in the blended mixture, ginger/garlic paste, maggi, salt,soy sauce, little oil, spice. Let it marinate for the whole day or 2/3 hours.

Cut slice the remaining veges, onions, red and green peppers for garnish

After marinating for hour, pre-heat your oven and arrange the chicken 🍗 on the pan, slide into the oven and grill or set your charcoal for grilling, put your rack and arrange the chicken, but you have to be close to be checking so it doesn’t burn.

When the one in the is nearly done put in the garnish. For the charcoal grill you garnish after its done. Enjoy😘
