Potli samosa

In a bowl add maida, salt, oil and mix it well and add water and slowly make a dough. The dough should be a bit tight to make them crispy. Prepare with a little water.

For filling:-
Grate boiled potatoes in a bowl and finely chopped green chilli, boiled pea, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and amchoor powder and mix well. Heat oil in a wok. Take a small amount of dough and roll it with the help of a rolling pin. Bring your fingers together and place the prepared small chapati of dough over it. Now fill 1/2 tsp of potato mixture in the middle of it. Now with the help of your fingers make potli. Join all the corners and make potli. - 3
Press the neck of the potli so that potatoes will not come out while frying.Repeat the same to make more potli's from the rest of the dough. Put all the potli's in hot oil. Fry only on low flame. So that they can attain the same color from all the sides. Take them out when they achieve golden colour.
Potli Samosa is ready.
