Ingredients

  1. 1 lbskinless boneless chicken breast
  2. 1 1/2 tbspgarlic powder
  3. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. to tasteGround black pepper
  6. 2 tbspolive oil
  7. 2 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1/2 cupfresh grated Parmesan cheese
  9. Lemon wedges

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all spices, olive oil, and lemon juice to form a paste and cover chicken breasts. Marinate as long as possible.

  2. 2

    Heat oven to 400F, then cook for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165F.
