    Wash the fish using lime or veniger

    Combine flour with red onga and smear it on the fish

    Deep fry the fish

    Combine ginger paste,garlic paste,seasoning,spice,scotch bonnet onion and oil

    Smear the mixture on the already fried fish And then start to grill

  6. 6

    Fry the Irish potato and steam the carrot and green pepper.then use it to garnish

  7. 7
