Cooking Instructions

First of all chop cabbage and carrots. Then slice the cucumber in long strips.

Add salt and pepper, red chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice and sugar to chopped vegetables. Take 1 onion and with the help of the knife, make cuts. Then depart onion into 2 parts then take out each layer of the onion. Now arrange the layers again.

Take one whole cucumber. Cut both ends. Now pierce a wooden satte stick through the cucumber. Then turning the cucumber round, cut with a knife. Remove the stick and cucumber roll will be ready.

Now put the onion in the center of the plate. Around it arrange the cucumber in the shape of a flower. Now fill each petal of the cucumber with finely chopped veggies. Eye pleasing, decorated and healthy salad is ready.
