Ingredients

  1. 1 tsppaprika
  2. 1 tspgarlic powder
  3. 1 tspkosher salt
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 3-5 lbpork shoulder, bone in
  6. 1onion, chopped
  7. 1 cupbeef or chicken stock
  8. to tasteBBQ sauce,

Cooking Instructions

    Combine seasonings in small bowl and rub over pork

  2. 2

    Put pork and onion in slow cooker and pour broth over top

  3. 3

    Cook on LOW for 8-12 hrs

  4. 4

    Let pork cool enough to handle, the remove bones and fat

  5. 5

    Put pork in bowl and stir in BBQ sauce to taste. Shred any large pieces of pork with a fork. Reheat if necessary.

After the pork is cooked can I still leave in the slow cooker in low heat to keep it warm?
