Ingredients

  1. 1 (16 oz)bag seafood mix
  2. 2 tbspmiso paste
  3. 6 clovesgarlic (minced)
  4. 1medium yellow onion (chopped)
  5. 1 tspfish sauce
  6. 1 tspchicken flavored soup base (I use L.B. Jameson)
  7. 1 tbspold bay seasoning
  8. 1/2 tspdried oregano
  9. 1 tspdried basil
  10. 1/4 tspcelery seed
  11. 1 tspsoy sauce
  12. 1/2 cuphalf and half
  13. 1juice from lemon (divided)
  14. Angel hair pasta (how ever much you want)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In large pot add 2½ cups of water. Add seafood mix, garlic, onion, miso paste, fish sauce and chicken soup base. Bring to boil.

    Add all the spices plus the soy sauce.

  3. 3

    Add the pasta and let it boil for 3 mins then turn heat to medium Squeeze ½ of the lemon.

    Add your ½ cup of half and half. Now squeeze the other ½ of your lemon. Let it simmer for 15 mins.

    Garnish with shredded motzerella and provolone cheese and green onion. Serve and enjoy!

I get to share my recipes with others.8. Making memories.9. It's a continuous learning process.10. Cheaper than eating out.11. It saves the expenses.12. Makes me a happier person.13. Boosts my confidence.14. It's fun to mess with different ingredients.15. Makes me more creative.16. Getting those praises and comments makes it all worth it.17. I'm half Italian and Irish.
