Palak Methi Qeema

Palak aur methi ko achay seh wash kar chop larlein. Aik pateelay main oil garam karein aur ginger garlic aur pyaaz daalein aur golden karlein.

Pyaaz golden hojaye tou timatar add karein aur bhoon lain. Phir sabit garam masala aur tamam masalay dal kar bhoon lain. Jab oil alag hojaye tou qeema daalein

Qeemay ko masalay mein bhoon lain. Cover kar ke medium heat par 10 min pakayein.

Qeema ka pani dry honay lagay tou uss mein palak aur methi add karein. Dahi shamil karein. Achi tarah mix karlain aur half cup water daal kar paknay dain.

Jab qeema pak jaye achi tarah tou hari mirchein daaldein aur heat off kardein. Dish out kar ke serve karein garam naan ke sath.
