  1. 1 bowlmoong
  2. 2onion
  3. 1tamoto
  4. 2 cupspalak
  5. 2 tbspcoriander leaves finely chopped
  6. 8garlic
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2 tbspdhanajeera powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chillies powder
  11. 1 tspmustard seed
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Palak Puri for serving

    Wash & Soaked moong for 3 hours then boil it in pressure cooker 4 whistle

    Cut onion, tamoto,garlic, green chillies and Palak and keep aside

  3. 3

    Take a khadhai heat oil then add mustard seed,hing,garlic & onion saute it till it becomes pink then add tomato saute it till it becomes soft then add palak and saute it for 2 min

    Then add boiled moong mix it well,add salt dhanajeera powder, turmeric powder and mix it well add one glass of water mix it well before serving sprinkle coriander leaves it's ready to serve with Palak puri
