Marinate the prawns and keep in fridge for three hours

Keep wok filled with oil on flame

In a bowl beat egg add the rest add little cold water at a time and mix till you get pouring consistency

Dip each prawn in the batter and put in hot oil, put atleast six at a time

Deep fry till crispy golden color remove on strainer then lay on platter with kitchen towel on it
