Jilebi(instant)
This is my 1st try for jilebi and it came out really well
Steps

Take the flour, add curd, rice/corn flour, baking soda, colour and give it a stir. I had orange red colour only, so i used it. You can use yellow or orange colour

Mix until there are no lumps, batter should be pourable in consistency and keep it aside for 10 mins

Now use a dropper like sauce bottle or use empty milk packets by filling the batter and make a small cut at the end

Now on the other side take the sugar, add less than 1/4 cup water and make sugar syrup until it gets 1 string consistency

Add lemon to the sugar syrup. Now start making jilebi by squeezing the batter into a circular shape directly into oil. Guys keep the flame low or else everything will break

Fry till the bubbles settle and then immediately transfer it to the sugar syrup. Leave it for 5 mins. Serve it hot by garnishing with chopped badam🤤
