After visiting the epic Dishoom in London for breakfast, its easy to see why their bacon naans has such a cult following. Smokey bacon, chilli-tomato jam, fresh coriander in a Indian naan bread are the best way to start the weekend.

After visiting the epic Dishoom in London for breakfast, its easy to see why their bacon naans has such a cult following. Smokey bacon, chilli-tomato jam, fresh coriander in a Indian naan bread are the best way to start the weekend.

Cook or fry your bacon until crispy. Meanwhile, chop your coriander and chilli so you’re ready to load it up when ready.

Spread the butter over the top of the naans, this will stop them drying out and becoming crispy, warm up under the grill for a couple of mins.
- 3
Once warmed, spread the cream cheese over the naans and layer up with the chilli jam, bacon and sprinkle with coriander.
