Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupSoaked channa
  2. Chilli whole 3 nos
  3. 2 leavesmoong dal Sprout
  4. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  5. 1 pinchBaking soda
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 1/2 spoonChopped green chilli
  8. 1/2 spoonChopped onion
  9. Salt
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak chana and red chilli for overnight

  2. 2

    Grind all the ingredients except green chilli and onion

  3. 3

    Take out from the grinder and combine chilli and onion

  4. 4

    Make small thin round balls

  5. 5

    Fry it in hot oil in medium flame.

  6. 6

    Serve it with ketchup.
