Ingredients

  1. Kanfa dough
  2. Chicago cheese
  3. mozzarella cheese
  4. Butter
  5. Kanfa color
  6. Simple syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the pan with butter and color using one cup of the dough and melt 2 tablespoon butter

  2. 2

    Spread the butter on the dough and spread it over the pan and push with spoon spread 2 tablespoon of the cheese of both kind on top

  3. 3

    Cook over medium heat to low for 10 to 15 minutes then flip it over plate add 2 tablespoon or more of simple syrup

  4. 4
