A quick tiffin sambar recipe healthy and tasty south Indian breakfast you can enjoy this flavourful & delicious sambar with instant rava idli.
Steps

Heat oil and a large kadai, add 2 tsp oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilli, fenugreek leaves saute for a minute. Add onion, greenchilles cook for a minute.

Now add tomato cook for a minute.

Now add mixed vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add all spices, tamarind pulp and 2 cup water mix well and cover and boil for 10-15 minutes.

Now add boiled both dals and 1.5 cup water and prepared homemade sambar powder, Coriander leaves mix well cook for 10-12 minutes until the flavours well absorbed.Ready

(Instant Rava idli):- Take a bowl add Rava, curd, salt baking soda and some water mix well make a medium consistency batter.

Grease idli stand with oil pour with spoon idli batter into the mould and microwave for 4-5 minutes.

Or steamed on gas for 15 minutes.

Serve hot sambar with hot steamed idli.
