Preheat oven to 180C.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla, chocolate essence well until creamy, for about 5 minutes. - 2
Take a bowl add Maida, coco powder and baking powder mix with a spatula.

Pour coffee(dissolved in water) in egg batter then add maida batter and oil and mix with hand whisker.

Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture in it.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and take it out of oven when it’s still moist.

Now Chocolate cup cake ready and serve with coffee.
