Two weeks ago, we made this gluten-free banana bread at my sister's house. The result was very good!

Mix the eggs with the stevia. Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and add to the eggs. Stir and set aside.

Divide the flour into two deep plates or bowls (100 grams in each) and add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to each. In one bowl, add the cocoa powder and mix.

Mash the bananas until they become a puree.

Add two bananas to each bowl of flour and mix. (Here you can check if more stevia is needed).

Once everything is well mixed, pour the mixtures into a baking dish (previously greased or lined with wax paper) and swirl slightly with a fork.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes. (Remember that each oven is different, so keep an eye on it to prevent burning; it may need more time in the oven).

Let cool and slice as desired. Enjoy!
