Ingredients

  1. 1Banana
  2. 1/2 cupYogurt
  3. 1 and 1/2 cupMaida or wheat flour
  4. 1/2 tspSoda bi carbonate
  5. 3/4 cupSugar
  6. 3 tspGhee
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 1 tspCumin
  9. as requiredOil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Mash banana, add sugar, ghee, baking soda, salt yogurt mix well.

  2. 2

    As flour little by little and knead until the chappati dough consistency.

  3. 3

    Apply little ghee and cover the dough 6 hours.

  4. 4

    Take small balls, roll like for puri but it should be thick.

  5. 5

    Deep fry until golden brown.

  6. 6

    It will come out like buns. serve hot with plain coconut chutney or maple syrup.
