Ingredients

30 minutes
4 Persons
  • 16 pieceCanapes
  • 1 cupsprouted moong
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • 2cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupsweetcorn(frozen)
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspchatmasala
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • Salt(to taste)
  • cubesCheese

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil or steam the moong sprouts till they are completely cooked.

  2. 2

    Then mix them with the rest of the vegetables seasoning,lemonjuice mix well. Taste & adjust seasonings as per desired taste.

  3. 3

    Fill this mixture into the Canapes.Set all the Canapes in baking tray.grate cheese over the Canapes. Bake it for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Canapes are ready to serve.
