Add 2 table spoon of all-purpose flour into 1 Cup milk powder.

Add Sooji, baking powder, and add some milk to make a mixture.

Chill in refrigerator for 15/20 minutes and then Knead to make a soft dough.

Make small balls around 14-15 small gulab jamuns.

Heat your oil in low medium flame and add balls and fry them on low flame until the got dark brown.

Don't use spatula. Instead of using spatula move your pan.and let them to dance under the oil 😂❤

Syrup : add 1 Cup sugar and 2 cup water and some Elaichi in pan and boil for 10 minutes until it get sticky.

When gulab Jamuna got brown put them in medium hot sugar syrup.

Let them soak the syrup for 30 minutes and garnish with pistachio and almond (crushed)
