Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswater
  2. 2 ozany brandy
  3. 2 sprigslemongrass leaves plus 2 for garnish
  4. 100 gmblueberries plus 4-5 for garnish
  5. 2 tbsphoney (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 2 cups of water with 2 lemongrass sprigs for 5 minutes.

    Smash 100 gm blueberries in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for a minute or until soft and releasing their juices. Mix this blueberry compote with the boiling lemongrass water and cook for a minute more. Seive and press thoroughly to release all the flavours in water.

    Divide the hot flavoured water in 2 glasses, top up with one oz of brandy in each glass. Add a tbsp of honey in each glass if you like it sweeter. I prefer it without. Garnish with blueberries and lemongrass. Serve hot!!cheers😁
