Ingredients

  1. 15medium size Potatoes
  2. Scotch bunnet
  3. 2Onions
  4. Minced meat
  5. 1Egg
  6. 1/2 cupBread crumbs
  7. 1/2 cupFlour
  8. 1 tspCorn starch
  9. Cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Peal, wash and boil the potato

  2. 2

    Smash the potato, add seasoning, greated scotch bunnet, onion, cornstarch and flour, combine them

  3. 3

    For the filling, add oil in a pan, when hot add your meat and veggies, and stir fry

  4. 4

    Scoop out the mixture by platen it, add the filling and mold into ball.

  5. 5

    Dip it into flour, egg then the bread crumbs

  6. 6

    Add oil in a pan and start frying the well coated potato balls, fry for few minutes and take it out when golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy
