Ingredients

6 to 8 servings
  1. 3 tablespoonswhite balsamic vinegar
  2. 2 tablespoonsValley Brook Farms Peach Habanero Pepper Jelly
  3. 1 tablespoondijon mustard
  4. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped shallot
  5. to tasteKosher salt and fresh ground pepper
  6. 1/3 cupgood extra virgin olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped parsley,chives, or basil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Close and shake well. Refrigerate. Keeps for up to a week. Shake well to combine before serving.
