Cooking Instructions

Place a saucepan on the stove and add the milk, lemon peel, cinnamon sticks, and sugar.

When it starts to boil, add all the rice at once and stir with a wooden spoon to prevent the rice from sticking. Keep stirring throughout the cooking process to avoid sticking.

Cook on low heat for about 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and carefully remove the cinnamon sticks and lemon peel.

Add the butter cut into small pieces. Mix well to make it creamier and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Serve and let cool. Once cool, store in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
