  • 1 litremilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupleftover ghee
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder

    In heavy bottom Pan add milk and sugar now boil until it reduced to half

    Add leftover ghee cardamom powder and ghee to it and mix well until it thickens

    Grease the plate and pour the mixture in Plate and allow to cool completely
