  • 1/2ripe chilled banana
  • 5-6fresh strawberries chilled
  • 8-10fresh blackberries chilled
  • 1/2 cupwhole milk
  • 1 tbspGreek yoghurt
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 2-3icecubes

  1. 1

    Peel and chop banana and strawberry. Add chopped banana, chilled strawberry and blackberry in a blender. Add milk, little yoghurt and honey.

    Add ice cubes and blend well in a blender.
